Human clinical trial
Our science
Nothing assumed. Everything measured.
Nature’s ingredients, at dosages that matter, in formats the body can use. 3rd party and clinically tested on humans by leading research institutions.
90 day human clinical trial
45.42%
improvement in the GSRS scale, the medical-grade rating system for gut symptoms. Acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain and indigestion were practically halved in 90 days.
Reported significant symptom reduction as time progressed.
Baseline
42.84
Gut symptoms score before the start of supplementation.
Day 7
29.41
31.35% lower than at the start.
Day 60
25.23
41.11% lower than at the start.
Day 90
23.38
45.42% lower than at the start.
Results seen from day 1, still compounding at day 90.
Based on a 90 day clinical trial: 20 participants enrolled, 13 completed Day 90.

Why it works
Three rules, all formulas.

Clinical doses.
Set by scientific evidence, not label appeal.

Formats the body can absorb.
Guaranteed bioavailability.

Synergistic pathways.
Connected by design. Our body is a network where multiple processes happen simultaneously.

100% of participants would like to continue using this product after the trial.
100%
Reported no unexpected reactions or adverse effects.
84.62%
Reported an improvement in overall health by day 60.
76.92%
Reported an improvement in overall well-being by day 60.

Questions.
Who ran the study?
Citruslabs, an independent contract research organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada, designed, ran and analyzed the trial. The report is dated 8 June 2026. Blood draws were taken at participants' local Labcorp locations.
Was there a placebo group?
Everyone in the trial took the product and knew it. There was no placebo group, which is why Citruslabs recommends larger controlled studies next.
How do you decide on a dose?
By biological relevance, not label appeal. Each ingredient is included at an amount selected to meaningfully interact with liver physiology, within the functional ranges from the research. No marketing quantities and no underdosed actives.
What does P<0.05 mean?
The p-value shows how likely it is that we’d see a change this large if the product had no real effect. Under 0.05, or less than a 1 in 20 chance, is the standard threshold for calling a result statistically significant. It tells you a result is unlikely to be chance.
Citruslabs, 8 June 2026. Single group, open label clinical trial: 20 adults aged 30 to 65 enrolled, 13 completed Day 90. No placebo group.
GSRS: Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale, scored 15 to 105, lower is better. Changes are group means against baseline, two-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s test, significance at P<0.05.
Participant statements are self-reported at Day 90 (n = 13) and are not clinical measurements.
