How are duties and taxes handled?

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and may vary for international orders.

For customers in Canada, your order ships from our fulfillment center in the US. Upon arrival, your package is assessed by customs at the border, which can add a few extra days to delivery. Depending on your zip code, delivery can take an average of 10 days, up to a maximum of 20 days.

If you run into any issues related to customs, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help.
