The preparation of your parcel starts once your order, and or auto-renewal order are confirmed. Delivery timeframes can depend on the type of shipment method you have selected, available stock, and seasonality.
Standard shipping orders can require up to 4 business days to prepare, and between 3-7 business days for delivery. Express shipping orders can require up to 3 business day to prepare, and between 2-3 business days for delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you change your mind about using your Biocol Labs product, you can return your unopened shipment parcel back to us within 14 days of your order date. We request that you get in touch with us at hello@biocollabs.com. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.
As a supplements company, maintaining hygiene and safety standards is of utmost importance to us, and our policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. To confirm, we do not accept returns of opened shipment parcels. In the event you return your order, and our warehouse team confirms that it has been previously opened, as the original seal has been opened, we will not accept the return. If your return is not accepted due to the product not being in the same is in the condition as you received it, and not in its original packaging, we have the right to refuse your request.
Here are the reasons why we require parcels to be returned in a closed and sealed condition:
Hygiene and Safety: Supplements are consumed orally, and it's crucial to prevent any contamination or tampering with the products. Accepting only closed shipment parcels helps us guarantee that the products inside have not been exposed to any external elements that could compromise their quality.
- Product Integrity: Closed and sealed shipment parcels help us verify that the items being returned are indeed our products and have not been altered in any way. This ensures that we can confidently process returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Compliance with Regulations: Our return policy aligns with industry standards and regulations to uphold the highest levels of quality control and customer safety. By adhering to this policy, we can continue to provide you with reliable and effective supplements.
If you decide to proceed with a return of a closed shipment parcel, you can reject the delivery and or return to sender without any additional expense to you.
You can inform the carrier who is delivering the shipment that you refuse it. Or, you can write on the shipment "refused" or "return to sender" and leave it at a blue collection box, or post office as long as you have not opened it.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, the refund is calculated as such: Customer total order minus S&H (if applied). To proceed with a refund, we will require you to inform us once the return has been initiated, and as soon as it is noted on the tracking details, we will proceed to refund you as per our policy guidelines.

Restrictions:
- Orders cancelled prior to packaging are entitled to a full refund.
- Refunds are issued to the payment method used in the transaction. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any packages returned to us by the designated carrier because the customer was not available to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping address may be subject to additional shipping costs to reship.
