How do I become a subscriber?
We're thrilled that you're interested in our free subscription! To set up your subscription, just add the products you'd like to your cart by selecting the Subscribe & Save option on the product page.
Some of our products like Something for Liver Health and Liver Reset are subscription-only. Simply press “Shop Now” from their product page to checkout and subscribe to either of these products.
How do I access my subscription?
Your portal is the main way to manage your subscription, and the login is passwordless. Just type in your account email address, and a 4-digit authorization code will be sent to both your email and your phone (if we have your phone number on file).

Do I need to commit to a subscription for a certain period?
Nope! Our subscription is designed to be flexible. Cancel anytime from your account.
What if the product didn't work for me?
Consistency is key when it comes to achieving your health goals and with many of our products we recommend at least 3-6 months to start seeing visible results.
You can swap the products in your subscription anytime through your member portal in account if you would like to try something new.
We want you to feel confident trying Biocol, so we also offer a money-back guarantee on all of our products; 30 days for most products and 90 days for some of our more intensive health programs. Products will be delivered every 30 days by default for all Biocol subscriptions.
Once logged into your Member Portal, scroll down to view the option to edit your Next Order Date. You can choose when you want to receive your next delivery. You can change this any time, up to 3 days before your next delivery.
Discounts are automatically applied to products through your membership account portal. Simply navigate to your account and select a product from the options on the right to get a one-time add-on using your subscription discount.
You can update your billing details at any time in your subscription management portal. Simply navigate to your account and select “edit” next to the payment method associated with your subscription.
If you would like this change to apply to your next subscription order please ensure you make the change in your account at least 3 days before your next shipment.
You can update your shipping details at any time in your subscription management portal. Simply navigate to your account and select “edit” next to the address associated with your subscription. Changes need to be made 3 days before your next order if you want those changes to apply to that particular order.
You can! You can add as many products as you want to your subscription at any time through account. If you subscribe to product separately and want them to ship together, you can go to any subscribed product in your subscription management portal and select the “merge subscriptions” option.
With our flexible subscription members can pause, swap, skip or remove products at any time from within the subscription account portal. You can also gift a month of your subscribed products to a friend or family member by selecting “skip next order” then “gift order”.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from within your Member account portal. For subscriptions, any change to your account should be made 3 days prior to your next scheduled delivery. Please note that if you choose to cancel your subscription after the order has been placed, this does not cancel the order.
We will only accept your cancellation request if your order has not been labelled or shipped.
